So….for the first time ever, since being a verizon customer……i ran into a “smug” customer service person….
I walked up to the counter yesterday and she (the customer service rep) semi-grabbed my phone… opened it up and said….
“this phone has water damage”.
This was before there was a “may I help you”, “what’s the problem”………..
I looked at her and said, “yeah, i know….but that’s not what I’m here for”……..
I told her that the charger slot was worn out and could I get that fixed….
She said, “but the phone is water damaged….”
I said that I dropped it in the dog water 2 days after I had it and that was months ago…..
Again….the charger slot is not working………the phone is working fine…….I love this phone….
It’s just not charging due to the worn out charger slot……

She rolled her eyes (I hate when people roll their eyes) then
she wrote down the insurance number handed me the slip and said….
“Make sure you tell them that the phone is water damaged……..thanks for using verizon wireless”
I said…is that it???? I could have done this from home……
At which point…..she was already to handle the next problem…..
I left the shop…..got in my car and and went…”D….., that was different….

Just had to tell you that…..hahaha
